At this time, we do not anticipate any significant changes to the scheduled collection of your household or business waste. We ask that customers continue to securely bag all garbage and gently rinse out recyclable containers. All material should be placed at the curb the night before your regularly scheduled pick-up day.

As a COVID-19 precaution, our staff may occasionally be limiting the amount of times they exit the trucks, so we can continue to serve your business and home safely. Additional items outside your cart are permitted; If consistent, we may suggest a 2nd cart for your home’s convenience.

Our payment center in Jenison is closed to the public as a COVID-19 precaution.

Yes, you may still mail in your payments as usual. However, we are encouraging online payments for the safety of our customers, as well as our staff members.

Public Payment Center Closed

In an effort to keep our valued customers & employees healthy during this time, we have closed our Jenison payment center to the public. We will still be accepting & processing payments. To make a payment, we encourage you to use our online bill payment system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, & while the drop-box outside the office or mailing your payment as usual remain options – We would prefer to protect you & protect our employees by skipping the hard-copy/paper methods at this time.

Garbage and recycling services are still on schedule.  We ask that customers continue to securely bag all garbage & gently rinse out recyclable containers. As always, recyclables should not be placed in bags. All material should be placed at the curb the night prior to your normal pick up day.
