Over the years, Arrowaste has expanded by merging with other local companies, allowing us to expland our reach and services. We’ve grown into an independent company that’s big enough to handle all your waste and recycling needs, yet small enough to provide personalized service. Arrowaste proudly has served Holland, Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Allegan County, Kent County, and Ottowa County and more in West Michigan for 25 years. OUR HISTORY
2000
Arrowaste began with
one residential route between Jenison and Grand Rapids. In 2000
we grew to a full-service company including residential, commercial and roll-off services. Because of the growth Arrowaste moved to Zeeland.
2003
Arrowaste continued to grow into a multi-service market. We expanded into the Holland, Zeeland and Muskegon areas.
2005
Our office moved from Zeeland to Holland for a bigger shop space allowing us to maintain our growing fleet of trucks.
2007
We merged with Grooters Green Group taking our recycling services to the next level.
2013
As we continued to grow, Arrowaste acquired Rosendall Disposal and continued their commercial compost business called ‘New Soil.’
2014
Arrowaste bought our first property, an office building and shop all located in Jenison. We moved our entire operation there, with room to continue to grow.
2018
Bob’s Disposal, from Grand Rapids, merged with our team. Their experienced staff & loyal customers was a huge blessing for Arrowaste.
2019
EverKept Disposal
of Jenison joined into
the Arrowaste family,
with our largest inception yet we welcomed the majority of West Michigan’s residential families into our fold and doubled our staff.
2020
In 2020, we were excited to welcome all of
Waste Manegement’s West Michigan residential customers into the Arrowaste family. Their residential drivers made the transition to Arrowaste.
2021
In the summer of 2021, we merged with
J’s Disposal of the
West Shore, and Jason’s customers have been an amazing addition to the Arrowaste family! We’re thrilled that J’s loyal customers continue to support locals, and we’re excited to be part of the southwest lakeshore community!
2022
In the fall of 2022, our long-time partners in Allendale officially joined the Arrowaste family, and we couldn’t be happier! The Zeinstras take great pride in the local legacy they’ve built. Their team has seamlessly integrated, and we’re excited to continue growing together!
2024
In June 2024, Wise Choice merged with Arrowaste, increasing our residential service across the Holland and Zeeland area and increased our recycle offerings in Allegan County area!
