As we come out of this challenging time together, we will continue to closely monitor the guidance of the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, government agencies, the National Waste & Recycling Association, & other leadership venues for guidance in this ever evolving circumstance.

Public Payment Center Closed
In an effort to keep our valued customers & employees healthy during this time, we have closed our Jenison payment center to the public. We will still be accepting & processing payments. To make a payment, we encourage you to use our online bill payment system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, & while the drop-box outside the office or mailing your payment as usual remain options – We would prefer to protect you & protect our employees by skipping the hard-copy/paper methods at this time.
Garbage and recycling services are still on schedule. We ask that customers continue to securely bag all garbage & gently rinse out recyclable containers. As always, recyclables should not be placed in bags. All material should be placed at the curb the night prior to your normal pick up day.
