We’re excited to announce that as of May 1, 2026, Ames Disposal has teamed up with Arrowaste, another local company, as a way to better serve our customers. Welcome to the Arrowaste family!

Arrowaste, Inc. will be taking over the management of your weekly trash services. ­Both of our organizations are committed to making sure this transition goes smoothly and your quality service will continue without disruption. The Ames team is dedicated to continue serving you as Arrowaste.

What Should AMES Customers Do?

Ames Disposal customers do not need to do anything. Current Ames customers will continue to receive the same weekly service. Your account information has carefully been transferred from Ames to Arrowaste.

Your Service Day

Through this transition your service day and carts will remain the same. Arrowaste will contact you if there are any future changes to your service day. Please note that your driver may be adjusting the time of day your materials are collected. Please have all material at the curb the night before your service day.

Would you like to start or continue to make payments online? A customers are able to create a new Arrowaste login.

To get started, please click the orange button on this page to request your one-time online access code. Your online access code will also be printed on your first invoice from Arrowaste.​

After May 1, 2026 all invoices will come from Arrowaste. Your invoices will continue to arrive on the same quarterly schedule that was setup with Ames Disposal. Please remit all payments (including any past due balances) to: Arrowaste, PO Box 964, Jenison, MI 49429-0964

You will start to see a Arrowaste trucks serving your home each week. Communications about your service will now come from Arrowaste.

Current Ames Disposal carts and containers will remain at your home or business.

Holiday Schedule

There are 6 holidays each year that may affect your pickup:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day.

If your pickup falls on or after these holidays, your pickup will be delayed 1 day for that week only. *If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it may be observed that Monday.
