Arrowaste, Inc. has taken over the management of your trash, recycling & yard waste services. Both of our organizations are committed to making sure this transition goes smoothly, & your quality refuse pick-ups continue without disruption. What Should Current Potluck Customers Do?
Current Potluck customers will continue to receive the same great service. Your autopay information was not able to be transferred from Potluck to Arrowaste, so please reach out to us at ContactUs@Arrowaste.Com or 616.895.6399 to update autopay info to avoid service delays (All other account information was securely transferred). Take a few minutes to browse our website as well as our social media, we’re proud of our West Michigan roots. Learn more about Arrow’s billing process here! Yes, Potluck customers are able to create their Arrowaste log-in; To get started, please click here! Your customer # & online access code are printed on your Arrow invoice each billing period for your convenience.
After Tuesday, August 31st, 2022 all invoices will come from Arrowaste. Residential bills will now arrive on a quarterly schedule, feel free to refer to How To Read Your Bill as a guide for Arrow’s invoicing processes. Please remit all payments (including any past due balances) to: Arrowaste, PO Box 964, Jenison, MI 49429-0964.
Customers with automatic payments setup through Potluck, did not have their payment information automatically transferred to Arrow for security reasons. Please reach out to us Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM at 616.895.6399 or ContactUs@Arrowaste.Com to transition your auto-pay data.
You may start to see a combination of Potluck & Arrowaste trucks serving your location; Communications about your service will now come from Arrow.
Current Potluck carts & containers will remain at your home or business for service.
